A Home Office position paper recognises men and boys experience domestic abuse, current and historic sexual violence, stalking, ‘honour based’ violence or abuse, forced marriage and risks associated with prostitution and sex work.

The paper, based on the existing Ending Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) strategy, seeks to strengthen the government’s response to the increasing number of male victims reporting such crimes, and accepts they require support which understands their needs.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
